Membership is open to

• Careers professionals from Schools and FE Colleges
• Representatives from non-profit organisations
• Individuals interested in CEIAG.

Membership comprises two different categories.

Full membership

Applicants must be members of staff from Schools and FE Colleges who are actively engaged as all, or a significant part, of their job to plan, organise and deliver Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance.

Application is made by the School or College on behalf of the careers professional. Membership is normally offered on the basis of a fee of £50* for two members of staff, or £100* for four members of staff. However, requests for other arrangements can be requested.

Full membership enables members to:

• have full access  to resources on NISCA website
• attend up to two bi-annual NISCA conferences free of charge
• access to other training and development opportunities, eg attendance at Institute of Guidance Counsellors Annual Conference and/or other networking and personal development opportunities

Affiliate membership

Affiliate members may be either:

• Representatives of non profit organisations, or
• Private individuals with an interest in CEIAG but who are not directly working in the delivery within schools or FE Colleges

Affiliate members can:

• access the NISCA website except restricted full member resources
• attend the bi-annual conferences on purchase of a delegate place (£60 per person per conference.)

Membership runs from 1 September to 31 August.
