Now that last week’s equal consideration deadline has past, Liverpool John Moores would like to invite applicants from Northern Ireland to meet them in Belfast, at their Northern Ireland Applicant Day on Saturday 7 March 2026, at either 9:30am – 12:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm. 

“Moving away from home is a big step, but they won’t be doing it alone. LJMU is the most popular university in Great Britain for students from Northern Ireland, and we’re here to make the move feel a whole lot easier. At our Northern Ireland Applicant Day, applicants and their families are invited to meet some of our current students from home who have made the short journey across the water to study at LJMU.  They can also chat with academic staff and students about their course and receive one-to-one advice and guidance on guaranteed city centre student accommodation, Student Finance NI, scholarships and additional needs support, international study abroad opportunities, placements, internships, careers, sports clubs, and much more!   Once applicants receive an offer of a place or an invitation to interview, they will receive an email and a personal postal invitation to book their place via the Applicant Hub , which is where they book their student accommodation, from Monday 13 April 2026.”
